Return Process

  Ensure the matcha tin or pouch is unopened with the original seal intact, and place it securely in its original shipping box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
